Who Am I?

My name is Tina Nawrocki. I am an independent 2D animator and concept artist based in Ottawa, Canada. I have been working in the industry for over 16 years, and my experience spans video games, television and film. I am best known for my work at Studio MDHR on the video game “Cuphead” and “Cuphead DLC: Delicious Last Course”. Since leaving MDHR in 2020, I have had the pleasure of animating on the Netflix Series “Green Eggs and Ham” and the feature film “Space Jam: A New Legacy”.

I have been dreaming of making my very own 2D animated short, hand drawn on paper, for over 10 years now! THIS is the year that I started production. I chose a story that is deeply personal to me: a Polish legend I grew up with and came to see through a Canadian feminist perspective and I am thrilled to share that I have built an amazing team to support me in bringing my vision to life!
